Sacred Kashi

Terms of Service

Sacred Kashi Rituals operates as a bridge between the eternal Vedic traditions of Varanasi and the global community of devotees. By booking a ritual, you enter into a sacred "Sankalp"—a mutual commitment of faith and service.

1. Nature of the Service

We facilitate spiritual services including Pind Daan, Shanti Puja, Ganga Aarti, and Vedic Chanting. These rituals are performed by traditionally trained Brahmin priests at recognized ghats and temples in Varanasi.

The success of Vedic rituals is rooted in scriptural procedure and devotee faith. We guarantee the absolute adherence to Vedic protocols as prescribed in Sanatana Dharma.

2. Booking & Sankalp

  • Sankalp: Every booking represents a formal "Sankalp" (verbal vow). Devotees are requested to provide accurate ancestor details and family lineage.
  • Brahmin Assignment: We exclusively collaborate with verified, learned priests. The assignment of a priest for your ritual is final as per their expertise.
  • Presence: For online/digital rituals, devotees are encouraged to be present during the live stream to receive the "Drishti" (spiritual vision) of the ritual.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Spiritual rituals involve the advance procurement of specialized materials (Samagri) and the reservation of a priest's sacred time.

  • ● More than 48 Hours Before Ritual
100% refund of the ritual fee (minus processing/gateway charges).
  • ● 24 to 48 Hours Before Ritual
50% refund, as logistics and priest bookings are finalized.
  • ● Less than 24 Hours Before Ritual
No refund, as Samagri is purchased and the priest is committed at the specific auspicious time (Muhurat).

4. Conduct and Decorum

Kashi is the seat of tradition. During live rituals, devotees are expected to maintain proper decorum, dress respectfully, and follow the instructions of the presiding priest. Sacred Kashi Rituals reserves the right to terminate a session if conduct is deemed disrespectful to the ritual or the priest.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sacred Kashi Rituals acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather (Ganga water levels), government restrictions at ghats, or internet connectivity issues during live streams. In such events, we will reschedule the ritual at the next available auspicious time.
